Movement is Medicine.

Move Better. Feel Better. Be Better.
That is my ethos.

With a decade of experience in the Fitness Industry, and an underlying passion for helping others realise their potential; two years ago I made the biggest decision of my life and decided to leave my corporate job and set up my own business as a Mobile Personal Trainer and Nutritionist Coach.

Exercise isn't just a short term 'fix'. Exercise is movement, and movement is medicine, for physiological and psychological health. I pride myself in providing my clients with life long sustainable results. Empowering them to create 'movement medicine' habits which leave them feeling stronger, fitter and living more fulfilled lives. Whether you want to better prepare your body for childbirth, or finally put yourself first, I will provide you with the knowledge, confidence and expertise to not only achieve your goals, but maintain them in the long term.

This programme is guaranteed to help you have an easier birth and a quicker recovery. Combining Pilates, Resistance Training and Core/Pelvic Floor work, we help strengthen the whole body. This programme is for those who have their exercise regime covered, but want a better understanding of what foods to eat/avoid, to help them reach their goal.  I work with you online to make sure your hard work at the gym can be seen! From tailored recipe packs to weekly accountability calls, learn to nourish your body and get the results you deserve.
