This is the perfect challenge if you've been a bit inactive in recent months, and you're looking for something to kick start your motivation again. Here at Sarah Watt Fitness, we have designed the 4 week challenge to be done from the comfort of your own home, with no equipment, no traffic, no hassle.

What makes it a 'Beginners'?

Over the 4 weeks, there will be a mix of low impact workouts eg. upper body, lower body, core and full body mobility to get you feeling stronger, fitter and energised. Perfect for those with any reoccurring niggles, joint pain or those wanting to build on the foundations of bodyweight strength.

What if I can't make it to the LIVE session at 7.45am? 

Each session will be recorded and saved on the private Facebook Group for you to repeat in your own time. 

Why is each workout only 7 minutes?

The aim of the 4 week challenge is not to lose lots of weight unsustainably, the aim of the 4 week challenge is to help you create a more active routine. To help give you more energy naturally. To give you the motivation you need to start exercising again. That's why at Sarah Watt Fitness, we thought that a 7 minute workout is more accessible than 30 or 60 minutes, which means we are able to help even more people feel awesome. This beginners 4 week challenge is not going to involve High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), it's going to be lower impact movements, to help you start moving better, feeling better and being better.

Working Out at Home

1) EACH WORKOUT IS JUST 7 MINUTES

Making it more accessible to fit around your morning routine. No need to travel anywhere, or worry about childcare. You can workout, for just 7 minutes, in the comfort of your own home.

2) GROUP COACHING & 1:1 COACHING

You get 30 minutes Online 1:1 coaching with one of the Personal Trainers from Sarah Watt Fitness, before and after the challenge, to make sure you get the most out of it, and know how to carry on the positive habits after the challenge

3) REWARDS
