WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINER?

There are 3 key benefits of having a mobile personal trainer vs conventional gym personal trainer: Convenience, Privacy and Attention.
Firstly, nothing beats the convenience of having a personal trainer come to your home. You’ll save time, avoid the commute and not to have to worry about childcare.
Secondly, if you are new to the health & fitness scene, it can be quite intimidating when you walk into the gym. Having a mobile personal trainer alleviates this pressure and means you can work out in the comfort of your own home.
Thirdly, a gym-based personal trainer may be interrupted by other staff or members. With a mobile personal trainer, you won't have any interruptions and you’ll benefit from knowing they are solely focused on you.

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE ANY PRICES FOR PROGRAMMES ON YOUR WEBSITE?

There is no one size fits all approach to health and fitness. Which is why I don't advertise a one size fits all programme with pricing. Every client will have their own tailored programme, which means, it is impossible to quantify this value in advance. WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE WITH CLIENTS?

I use a wide array of fitness equipment with my clients, all of which is specifically chosen depending on the clients needs and goals. Examples include: Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Yoga Mats, Resistance Bands, Medicine Balls and Box Steps. This list is by no means exhausted, and as my learning continues, as will my equipment stock list.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Following your 1:1 Consultation, if Nutritional guidance is something we both agree you need within your personalised programme, then this additional support will be built into your programme. Personalised diet plans are perfect for those who are feeling lost when it comes to eating well, or feel like bad food choices are sabotaging their goals. This additional support will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to ensure you continue to make life long healthy food choices.
